Materials, interior design, fittings, fixtures and finishes resolved. Engage consultants and specification and suppliers.

Detailed Design and Documentation

Fine tuning to produce documentation - Building Consent.

Negotiation

Negotiation process, confirmation of builder and build contract signed.
